A lovely listed period garden in Lewes was crying out for a classic design. The bespoke balustrades, painted a period green, are the defining feature of the project. Hand made terracotta pots planted up with Buxus balls set off the beautiful hard wood Ipe decking. The paving is black limestone laid in a linear pattern. Contemporary planting, and a two brick deep raised bed packed with lavender soften the harder landscaping.
