We have been working on a bespoke green roof shed this week which is now almost complete. The sedum matting arrives tomorrow, cant wait! There will be more images to come.

Here are some examples of the gardens and public spaces I saw on my trip to China in April. We arrived in Beijing and ventured as far south as the Vietnam border in three weeks and saw amazing landscapes, architecture and gardens. Unfortunately we were not allowed in to Tibet as it was not safe for tourists apparently. These images I hope convey the sense of what traditional and contemporary Chinese gardens are like.

I’ve just been to the Le Corbusier exhibition at the Barbican. Its really worth a visit, very interesting. I see now who is to blame for all the concrete tower block monstrosities!
